Our Fees for wills

For single wills we offer a fixed fee price of £175 + VAT per will.

In relation to mirror wills (i.e. where a husband, wife or registered civil partner make almost identical wills leaving everything to each other) we offer a fixed fee price of £125 + VAT per will.

For more complex wills we will give you an estimate of our fees after an initial discussion.

Making a Will

Making a Will is perhaps something that you may have been putting off for some time or not even considered. You are not alone: as many as 70% of the British public have not made a Will.

Our Solicitor, Sunir Watts, specialises in Will Writing and related matters and offers a service that makes the process convenient and less complicated.

Below we have listed a number of reasons why making a Will is important.

Why make a Will?

We all have final wishes and a Will helps put our affairs in order.

Making a Will is also the only way to make sure that your family, friends and the causes close to your heart receive what you think and hope that they should receive from your estate.

Although parts of your estate may go to your family, if you have not made a Will these may not be the family members you expect or in the amount you would wish. Your family may also end up paying inheritance tax.

There really is not an 'off-the-shelf' or a 'fit-all' Will as circumstances can be radically different from one person to the next.
